We manufacture two-piece capsules in various sizes (#4 to #00E), coated and uncoated tablets in various shapes, sizes and colors, and ready-to-mix powder drink mixes ranging from pre-workout, post-workout, and meal replacement formulations. We can package dietary supplements in bottles, jars, cans, and blister cards and cartons. We also manufacture human food grade specialty pet food vitamin and mineral premixes.

Encapsulation

We have several capsule fillers capable of accommodating small to large production runs. Our state-of-the-art machines are rated to produce anywhere from 40,000 to 150,000 capsules per hour.*

Tablet Compression

We have several tablet compression machines capable of accommodating small to large product runs. Our state-of-the-art machines are rated to produce anywhere from 149,000 to 338,000 tablets per hour.*

Coating

We have multiple coating machines to alter the color, palatability, and/or bioavailability to meet your product specifications.

Blending and
Particle Sizing

We have multiple blenders of varying sizes and shapes to meet your application needs. We also manufacture human food grade specialty pet food vitamin and mineral premixes.

Packaging

Our packaging lines are capable of filling bottles, pouches jars, cans, and blister cards. We have inkjet coding capabilities to assist in lot traceability and foil induction sealing to prevent product tampering.

Laboratory
Analysis

Our aim is to improve the quality of life through safe an effective wellness products. To do that well, we vertically integrated four state-of-the-art analytical laboratories to ensure product potency, purity, and safety at various stages of manufacture. This ensures that quality is built into the product rather than merely testing for it after the fact. In addition to our identity and potency testing, we can also perform microbiological, heavy metal, and stability tests.

We offer the following instruments for testing:

Method Development

Our Technical Affairs team is comprised of experienced professionals with over 150 years of collective experience. In addition to our internal testing programs, we also assist third parties and governments with test methodology development. For example, in 2008, we developed a method to identify contaminant peaks in L-Tryptophan with a client that was working with government.
