However, we use Google Analytics to collect information about how you use our website. Google Analytics collects your IP address and information about your operating system and web browser that you used to visit our website. We use Google Analytics to determine how long you use the website and which specific parts of it you actually visit. However, your identity remains anonymous to us. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve our website.

You further agree that any controversy or claim arising out of, or relating to, your use of our website and/or the alleged breach of this Privacy Policy will be settled exclusively by final and binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules then in existence of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be conducted before one (1) arbitrator. The Parties to any arbitration under this Agreement will each bear their own respective legal fees and will bear the costs of the arbitrator and AAA administrative fees equally. The arbitrator must order the non-prevailing party to reimburse the prevailing party’s reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs and expenses incurred in connection with any such action. Any award will be final, binding and enforceable, and may be filed in the Los Angeles County Superior Court (or any other court of competent jurisdiction) for enforcement.
