What are the minimum order quantities?

Can I pay with a credit card?

No. We only accept wire transfers and business checks (from credit-approved customers).

I don't have a formula. Can NHK formulate one for me?

I already have a formula. Will NHK manufacture it for me?

It depends. Your formula must satisfy our own product safety criteria and must not infringe on another company’s intellectual property.

What measures do you take to protect my intellectual property?

We’ve been in business since 1987. We’ve survived that long because we adhere to certain values, which include safeguarding our customers’ intellectual property. Call our Sales Department to learn more about our non-disclosure policies.

I don't have a label. Can you design and print one for me?

No. However, we can refer you to a reputable printer who can.

I already have a label. What direction do my labels have to roll in?

Our packaging department requires a “position seven” roll direction.

How long will it take to get my products?

What kind of documentation will my order come with?

What does "GMP" mean?

The acronym “GMP” means “good manufacturing practices.” The acronym “cGMP” or “CGMP” refers to “current good manufacturing practices.” The U.S. Food and Drug Administration promulgated CGMPs for dietary supplements, which are codified in Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations.

Does NHK use GMPs in their manufacturing process?

Yes. We are one of the most credentialed contract manufacturers on the West Coast. Our facilities meet or exceed FDA CGMPs. We are also NPA GMP certified, NSF GMP registered, ISO 9001:2008 registered, USDA NOP registered, CCOF Organic certified, QAI Organic certified, and AHF Halal certified.
